Big step: you realize you should quit smoking;
Back step: you think you are not able to make it;
Right step: you wonder whether you need specialized help;
Left step: you realize you don't have the money for it; smoking is (incredibly!) cheaper.
Front step: your ego awakes: why should you need a specialist in the first place; you didn't need one when you started it!
Huge step: you know you can do it! they all know it too, but they secretly wish you would fail so that they can feel better; well, how about you feel better for once? Engage sleeping beauty aka determination.
Cheerful step: dance of joy together with your long missing determination; it feels damn good, isn't it? Hello!
Trembling step: you throw the rest of the cigarettes and realize how much money you would have saved had it not been for these evil, evil little devils.
Astonished step: it hits you there and then: the world looks different when smoke is gone; Is clear now:
Jump of joy: you made it! And you traded smoking for determination.
Here's to all jumps of joy that are still to come! Aaaand the song of the day
